The folks over at Game Reactor got a chance to talk with game director Marvin Donald about the progress of Darksiders II. Donald talks about the development process on all the various consoles, as well as a thorough analysis of the demo dungeon that was playable.
Donald also talks about Karn, one of the members of the Maker tribe. Karn serves as your companion throughout The Foundry. He’ll help you traverse across impassable gaps, as well battle enemies alongside you. Karn is trying to prove himself and show his worth to Death and his fellow Maker’s. Donald did say that there will be other companions throughout the game, but fell short of saying that Strife or Fury will appear. Go ahead and make the jump to check out the interview.
