The Xbox 360 and PS3 version of Darksiders is now available for the low price of just $9.99. This excellent deal is available at Best Buy stores as well as at their website. Want a used copy? Best Buy has these for even cheaper at the price of just $4.99. If you are a PC fan instead, you can purchase the downloadable PC version from Amazon for just $8.04.
All of this is excellent news and it seems like a great idea as it undoubtedly is gearing towards the release of Darksiders II. These low prices will likely push some sales for Darksiders, but I think it will translate into more pre-orders and sales for Darksiders II. In either case, Darksiders II is set to ship in June of 2012. Stay tuned for more information.
