A few weeks back, Part 1 and 2 of the prequel comic for Darksiders II was released. Titled, Death’s Door, the prequel comic follows Death in a time period before the Apocalypse. He is on a mission to destroy a rogue demon, chasing the creature across magical realms and even through time. The comic is being worked on by Roger Robinson and it will be released tri-weekly over the course of five issues.
Over at Dark Horse Digital, part III is now available for download at the cost of 99 cents. In this part of the comic, Death travels through a Serpent Hole and arrives on Earth. Traveling back to 18th century France, Death arrives at a battlefield to find some of the destruction of man. After taking on a disguise, Death will finally confront his foe.
