The Initial Pitch of Darksiders

Believe it or not, the image you see to the left is of the very first build of Darksiders during the initial pitch to publishers. Yes it looks cartoony, and yes it looks almost nothing like the final product, but hey, everything has to start somewhere. The folks over at GiantBomb recently got a chance to chat with the developers of Darksiders II, and many of these gems were unveiled. The screenshot that you see to the left is not the only thing that they showed, but additionally, they showed off a 90-second clip of the initial working build of Darksiders. Really, it is a sight to be seen. I’ve gone ahead and included the video in this post, so make the jump to check it out.
