Over the last few months the first four issues of the prequel comic for Darksiders II have released. Titled, Death’s Door, the prequel comic follows Death in a time period before the Apocalypse. He is on a mission to destroy a rogue demon, chasing the creature across magical realms and even through time. The comic is being worked on by Roger Robinson and it was released tri-weekly over the course of five issues.
Over at Dark Horse Digital, the fifth and final part is now available for download at the cost of 99 cents. In this part of the comic, Death had confronted his Angel foe and he learns about her backstory. The comic tells the tale of an older story involving the Nephilim and the birth of Corruption.
