Darksiders II: Wii U Interview with Jeremy Greiner

Darksiders II developer Jeremy Greiner recently spoke about the Nintendo Wii U version of the game. During this brief 30-second interview he comments that the graphics of the Nintendo Wii U console are superior than that of the Xbox 360 and PS3. He followed that statement by saying the graphical art style of Darksiders II fits that of the Wii U. Looking into that quote, I don’t necessarily think he means that the game is graphically superior on the Wii U, but just the console is graphically superior. He reiterates what we saw in the recent press release, stating that all the pre-order content and the Argul’s Tomb DLC will be available on disc when the game ships. Go ahead and make the jump to check out the video interview.

What a total slap in the face for those that bought the game and made it such a success. Wii U gets all pre order goodies! As much as I love the game, and the series as a whole, I must say, “Go straight to Hell, THQ and Vigil!” You obviously don’t give a damn about copies that have already been sold, but about copies for a sub-par system that isn’t even out yet! I will never complete my DS II just out of spite. And to think I actually thought there was a developer who gave a damn about their audience. what a fool I was.

The Wii U is not an inferior or “sub-par” system. It’s pretty amazing if you’d give it a chance.

Finally! Someone acknowledges that the Wii U is graphically superior!
