Featured Fan Artwork: Fury

We’ve seen War and Death as the main two protagonists in the first two Darksiders titles. At this point it’s uncertain as to what direction the series will go in if there is a third game in the franchise, but obviously there are two unused horsemen. There is Strife, as well as the only female horsemen, Fury.

This weeks featured fan artwork comes from deviantART user chimicalstar. We had previously featured an art piece of this showcasing Death, but this time, we look at Fury.     Reminds me of Nariko from Heavenly Sword. Its like if War and Her had a Kid especially with the eyes. Don’t like the neck piece and she looks a little too dead emotionally. Death in Darksiders 2 had Personality and it was definitely different from War’s and thats what made him relatable. As a Women and as someone with the name Fury her personality needs to stand out especially since “Furys” were greek spirits that would torment people in horrific ways before killing them in even more horrific ways. Solid Art style and its unique and bette than I can do for sure but it feels predictable for a female character.
