Lilith is The Demon Queen, the bride of Lucifer. She is a cold, calculating temptress with an unrivaled lust for power. She considers herself ruler of Hell with all of Lucifer's authority and Samael imprisoned on Earth.

[edit] Overview

Lilith is a powerful female Demon who is responsible for the creation of the Nephilim as well as Abaddon's transformation to The Destroyer. She gave Abaddon the choice of whether to serve in Heaven or to rule in Hell. In addition to her pure power, Lilith is also a masterful manipulator.

[edit] Darksiders Comic

In the Darksiders Comic, Lilith speaks with Samael and says that she can offer him more than just the pleasure of her flesh, asking him what he most desires. Samael responds angrily, and unlike Abaddon, is unlikely to be manipulated by Lilith. Given these statements, it is possible that Lilith is the Whore of Babylon, the female villain from the Book of Revelation.

[edit] Darksiders

Lilith does not make a physical appearance in Darksiders, however, her voice is heard during Abaddon's transformation into the evil dragon The Destroyer.

[edit] Darksiders II

Darksiders II talks about the history of the Nephilim race. These ancient warriors were spawned by the unholy union of Angels and Demons by the Demon Queen Lilith. The Nephilim were the most powerful beings in the Universe.[1]

Lilith sees in her 'son', Death, the unique opportunity to serve her own ends.
