Salvation is a weapon used by Death in Darksiders II.

Salvation has two major attacks. If the right trigger is held, Salvation will deliver rapid fire attacks, much like machine gun fire. The left trigger can be pressed and this will cause a burst of fire that will knock back even the strongest of enemies.
Salvation has an infinite amount of ammo. However, after Death uses a burst of fire, or if he uses rapid fire for an extended period of time, the gun will temporarily overheat, in which Death will need to wait a few moments before using it again.
[edit] Acquisition
After Death arrives on Earth, he will battle alongside the Hellguard to defeat The Swarm. Afterwards, the Archangel Uriel will give Death Salvation. As Death travels along on Earth, he will find other Salvation guns among the streets of Earth, in which he can pickup and use them as he'd like.
