Karn is a character featured in Darksiders II. He is a member of the Maker tribe and bears some visual similarities to Ulthane.

Overview
Karn is a member of the Maker race and is a relative of Ulthane. He is believed to be Ulthane's nephew.[1]
Darksiders II
Karn will serve as Death's companion while in The Foundry. Karn will help out Death by tossing him across distant gaps, as well fighting off enemies. In certain puzzle situations, Karn can be used to hold open massive storm dorms, allowing Death to cross.
It's unclear what Karn's motives are, but he is trying to prove himself and show his worth to Death and his fellow Maker's.
