Angelic Lance

An Angelic Lance is a melee weapon wielded by most weaker Angels.

Overview

The Angelic Lance is the most common weapon used by the Hellguard. The Lance looks like a melee weapon at first, but it actually can be used as a ranged weapon as well, capable of firing energy bolts from it. The bolts are not too harmful to War, but they can be dangerous as angels usually appear in groups.

Light Angel

Standard Light Angels can be seen wielding an angelic lance. When encountered they will keep their distance and use the lance as a ranged weapon to attack War. Occasionally these angels will come up close and use the lance as a melee weapon.

Ortho

Main article: Ortho

When War is at the end of The Broken Stair he will find Ortho, the angelic beast. War will use Ortho to travel across the Echo Gorge. Ortho comes equipped with a more powerful angelic lance, this one capable of firing charged beams. War can still use the rapid fire, but he can also target multiple enemies at once.
